Hello my dear readers, hope you enjoyed the first part of "MY TRIP TO MANALI". This is the second part, to see the first part I am giving you the link of it...https://anishkassuitelife.blogspot.com/2020/09/my-trip-to-manali-part-1.html
You can go to the above link to see the first part if you haven't seen it yet. Now talking about second part, we will start from day 3 as in the last part we ended on day 2.
Hope you will give me your love like before.
So let's go...
The third day was bright and full of fun on the way. We get ready, ate the breakfast, pack all the stuff and went to visit outside of NTPC Koldam. We first went to visit the DAM of Koldam it was very big. And you know what, the first time in my life I saw a dam. There were whirlpools at distances and was so interesting to watch it.
The above picture refers to the Satluj Dam where I visited.
Than the most interesting part, we went up till MANALI 😜, by our own car as I have told you in the first part that we travelled the whole way till Manali by our own car.
After reaching we first booked the hotel named Himalayan Heights. It was gorgeous from the outside as well as from the inside. The hotel was big and have all the facilities. I loved the hotel. Then we unpack our stuff, shift it to the hotel.
We first went to visit a temple named "HIDIMBA DEVI TEMPLE". On the entry we saw beautiful big white rabbits. They were very different from normal rabbits, they have more fur and were considered one of the species of rabbit, and have a specific name-Angora Rabbit, they have red eyes. We clicked photos with it having on our dock.
HIDIMBA DEVI TEMPLE ANGORA RABBIT
Moving on, we prayed in the temple with full devotion in our hearts. After that we clicked many pictures as there was a small hill of rocks, and it was a perfect place to click photos. Then in the temple only we went a park, you cannot exactly say that it was a park, it seems to be a jungle to me. There we saw himalayan yaks and me and my brother did a ride of them. The ride was so strange as the yak make us move up-down.
Than we saw and bought kesar (saffron). It was so expensive, I meant like one small box of saffron is rupees 100 or something. But we bought it as it was of good quality. And saffron cannot be seen anywhere. They are so rare in plain areas and if we see them they can't actually be that good that we found in hilly areas.
After this much fun we went to the hotel. The next morning we decided to eat the breakfast in a dhaba near the hotel. After eating, at some distance there was a facility of RIVER CROSSING. It was like the river satluj is flowing and above it we were hung on a zip line and at the middle of the river we have to push ourselves down into the river so our leg can be dipped into the river. The river was so cold, that our legs froze. But we enjoyed a lot. Then we went to visit the mall road. From there we bought many things and stayed till night. At night the streetlamps were looking gorgeous.Than we went back to the hotel.
So this was the end of fourth day...Hope you enjoyed
Stay tuned, last part is on the way...
